Product Development Specialist Rupa Neupane interned with Santander Consumer in the summer of 2021. Her path to the company took her around the world.
“Right after I completed my high school, I wanted to explore more. I think this whole transition from an Asian country to a European country and then to the United States has boosted my confidence even more,” she says.
Rupa decided to intern at Santander because of “its reputation of recruiting international students,” and for the growth opportunities the company could provide.
