The Difference You Make:


The Senior Analyst, Controllership is responsible for the process administration, reconciliations, reporting, analysis, and documentation of the General Ledger Reconciliation Process within the accounting and financial reporting function. The incumbent improves the effectiveness of the accounting reporting team by making adjustments and/or enhancements to current accounting and reporting processes.

• Prepares the reconciliations, reporting, analysis, and documentation of general ledger accounting reconciliations within the accounting reporting team.
• Improves the effectiveness of the accounting reporting team by making adjustments and/or enhancements to current accounting reconciliation and reporting processes.
• Creates and/or improves the accounting reconciliation and reporting processes; recommends enhancements or improvements to improve effectiveness of reporting team.
• Performs research to resolve discrepancies or significant variances.
• Communicates with the team concerning new information requests and research while developing working relationships with business line personnel.
• Provides guidance to business lines related to financial documentation requirements.
• Informs, gains input, and supports decision making by the sharing of knowledge, status, needs, and issues across business lines.
• Guides and assists junior level professionals as needed.
• Reconciles and analyzes accounting entries, transactions and results in the general ledger and consolidation

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent field. - Required.

3+ Years Accounting, Financial reporting or Auditing field - Required.
3+ Years Equivalent work experience - Required.

• Demonstrated competence of accounting practices and procedures, including US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory reporting standards.
• Practical analytical and accounting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to focus on details to ensure and maintain data accuracy, and demonstrate holistic understanding of accounting and financial report.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to Advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access.
• Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement through training.

Certifications:
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) - Preferred.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$56,250.00 USD

Maximum:

$95,000.00 USD
