Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's business units. Aims to deliver superior service to clients by driving and optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of people, processes and technology thereby enhancing financial performance, increasing investment capacity, and managing risk. Builds the sustainable repeatable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of service and execution. Analyzes and reviews data tools, business processes and operational standards to execute service delivery. Evaluates and ensures that operations meet company objectives, business needs, service agreements and relevant requirements. Researches and monitors external landscape to identify developments and translate them into operational implications for the company.

Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements: Acts as a subject matter resource for the team. Assists with training/coaching of new hires. Provides input into functions strategy. Executes varied and complex transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures. Work in collaboration with leadership, internal partners, and external print vendors to ensure successful implementation of customer communication projects and cost-savings initiatives. Play an active role in reviewing customer communication processes. Help to implement enhancements that meet business operational needs, simplify processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and reduce risks. Responsible for tracking projects and issues. Follow-up on tasks, and properly escalate issues quicky and effectively.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Work Experience: 5-9 years ; Experience in a consumer operations environment.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of and ability to bring a reported problem to successful resolution.
  • Knowledge of successful approaches, tools, and techniques for dealing with changes and adapting to a changing environment; ability to adapt as needed.
  • Knowledge of and ability to design, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures affecting daily and strategic business operations to increase operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
  • Understanding of the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
  • Solid issue resolution skills, proven ability to tackle complex challenges and offer effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently; possess effective time management skills.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$58,125.00 USD

Maximum:

$95,000.00 USD
