The Difference You Make:
Senior Director – Digital Infrastructure - Project Finance & Advisory. Within the leading Santander’s US Structured Finance / Real Assets platform, is responsible to guide product strategy and prioritization for Digital Infrastructure capital formation, coordinate work across initiatives and liaise with key partners and stakeholders across Santander. S/He will translate business needs into product plans that incorporate appropriate research and stakeholder input. Is able to advise, regarding capital formation for projects across the Digital Infrastructure, the most relevant players in the industry.

Identifies and pursues new relationship prospects within existing or untapped markets with focus in cutting edge non-recourse debt structures. Gathers market intelligence, generates leads, and develops proposals/campaigns to garner new business, ensuring a consistent flow of new revenues to the company. Uses knowledge of markets, industries, and clients to determine demand, future trends and potential projects.

Creates new products by researching developments in the industry and understanding the problems that need to be solved on behalf of the team.
Solves new business problems that drive the business forwards.
Collaborates with other verticals and geographies withing Structured Finance US and Globally and Investment Banking partners to promote improvement in product quality and the development of new sources of revenue.
Participates in joint calling effort with bankers in an effort to raise capital for Projects with our key clients and prospects.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Work Experience: 10+ years in Project Finance for Digital Infrastructure ; Credit risk measurement and management solutions

Skills and Abilities:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated presentation skills
Ability to present high-level information as well as detailed demonstrations of products & services
Ability to influence others by persuasively presenting thoughts and ideas to gain commitment and agreement for proposed ideas and solutions.
Strong consulting capabilities with the ability to effectively interface with senior stakeholders.
Ability to analyze, determine, drive and build solutions independently and proactively
Analytical skills sufficient to identify trends/opportunities within financial/market data and to locate/interpret competitive information
Strong influencing skills and a strong network of professional relationships within Santander and within industry.

Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
