The Difference You Make: Structured Finance specializes in originating, advising, and structuring financing for specific large-scale, long-term projects for corporate and government clients. Projects can include energy exploration or production, public-private partnerships, or private finance initiatives often focused on public infrastructure. The Product Specialist - Structured Finance - IC5 is responsible for the origination, structuring, distribution and trading of syndicated bank loans and other credit products to major corporations and institutions, as both issuers and investors, of their assigned own new business development goals. • Oversees the development of financial models and underwriting criteria in support of the groups origination activities. • Oversees production of offering memoranda and engagement letters. • Participates in transaction due diligence. • Researches/analyzes industries and market data. • Participates/performs transaction due diligence. • Oversees junior level staff from a financial, operational, competitive and industry perspective. • Creates Pitch Book presentations. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business or equivalent field. - Required. 5+ Years Business Development, Product Specialist Management, or related experience. - Required. • Demonstrated successful execution of syndicated loan transactions. • Intellectually product savvy, energetic, and self motivated with strong initiative to achieve sales goals. • Proficiency in Microsoft office products - Word, Excel and Outlook. • Ability to influence and drive complex initiatives and manage logistics with internal stakeholders. • Ability to analyze/understand leading technologies and companies. • Ability to travel within assigned territory as required. • Strong analytical / problem solving skills. • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. • Expert presentation and public speaking skills. • Ability to work independently.
