The Difference You Make:
The Product Specialist - PDM - IC5 is responsible for the origination, structuring, distribution and trading of syndicated bank loans and other credit products to major corporations and institutions, as both issuers and investors, of their assigned own new business development goals.
• Support in the syndication process of Corporate and Project finance loans as well as private credit transactions in Latin America
• Oversees production of offering memoranda, engagement letters and pitchbook presentations
• Oversees the development of financial models and underwriting criteria in support of the groups origination activities.
• Prepare market comparables and draft indicative terms and conditions
• Participates in transaction due diligence.
• Researches / analyzes industries and market data.
• Participates/performs transaction due diligence.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business or equivalent field. - Required.
• 3+ Years of prior experience, preferably with loan syndication, asset-based finance, private debt or capital markets experience, or related experience. - Required.
• Fundamental credit skills, including demonstrated ability to evaluate business, industry, financial performance, and structure/terms
• Strong financial and analytic skills, including proficiency with financial modeling and ability to rapidly assimilate complex information
• Intellectually product savvy, energetic, and self-motivated with strong initiative to achieve goals.
• Detail-oriented individual with strong organization ability and excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Excellent command of Microsoft Suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to influence and drive complex initiatives and manage logistics with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze/understand leading technologies and companies.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory as required.
• Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Expert presentation and public speaking skills.
• Team player, able to facilitate strong partnerships
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
Certifications:
Series 63, 79 and SIE

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
Salary: $131,250 - $225,000/year
