The Difference You Make:
The Financial Control & Analysis Associate should have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills. This role will work closely with Front Office business developers and support functions, having continuous interaction with FP&A, Accounting, Accounts Payable, People & Culture among others. The candidate must be focused on delivery and execution, being able to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
What You Bring:
We seek a candidate to effectively contribute on the following responsibilities:
Cost management, yearly budgeting, and monthly forecasting.
Financial analysis, variance explanations, and profitability ratios.
Explaining key variances vs. budget, and vs. prior year.
Budget control.
Data collection and reporting, being able to manage inputs from different tools / ERPs.
Monitor cost allocations by Lines of Business and entities.
Execution on costs saving initiatives.
5+ years of experience in Finance, Internal Audit, FP&A or Accounting roles.
Bachelor’s degree.
Skills
High level proficiency in MS Excel.
BI / BO tools experience (PowerBI). SAP / ERPs.
Fast learner, proactive individual, and eager to learn new tasks which add value to the team.
Strong analytic, presentation and communication skills.
Capabilities to multi-task and adhere to challenging deadlines.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business environment.
Focus on delivery and execution, detail oriented and organized.
Experience in financial modeling.

Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
