The Difference You Make:

• Coordinate with team members, customers, and Santander’s internal treasury desk to fix loan rates while keeping diligent records of the process.
• Monitor and distribute daily rate sheets.
• Assists in the coordination of the credit approval process for loans, complying with internal policies and procedures.
• Gather information, evaluate options and assist in the preparation of presentations.
• Support Senior team members to Manage a multi-family commercial real estate portfolio.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or equivalent field
• 0-3 years of banking and/or servicing commercial real estate loans
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to identify specific knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for satisfactory execution of the position's primary duties & responsibilities
• Detail oriented, common sense decision-making
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent relationship building skills at all levels in an organization
• Strong Microsoft office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
• Adapts quickly to change and makes suggestions for increasing the effectiveness of change
• Appropriately shifts attention and refocuses on new goals as a result of changes in priorities or competing work demands
• Addresses customer requests, ensures concerns are recorded accurately and action is initiated appropriately
• Makes extra effort to satisfy customers needs and meet commitments
• Creates a good working environment in the team; works towards shared goals contributing ideas and accepting change

This is a hybrid position - 3 days/week in office

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
