The Difference You Make:
The CIB Treasury Banking Book, IC3 provides leadership, direction and is a recognized subject matter expert in one or more of the following processes: Asset-Liability Management, Interest Rate Risk, Liquidity Risk, Investment Portfolio Management, Cash-Management, Cash Flow Forecasting, Intraday Liquidity, Business behavioral analysis, Funds Transfer Pricing, FX risk and Recovery & Resolution). The incumbent develops and implements complex solutions. Analyze, monitor, report, and mitigate key financial risks, including liquidity, interest-rate, and foreign exchange risk.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance balance sheet performance, capital efficiency, and funding optimization while operating within established risk appetite and limits.
- Develop and maintain behavioral models for each line of business to support forecasting, risk measurement, and balance sheet management.
- Lead CIB Treasury operations, ensuring the effective performance of treasury platforms and timely resolution of operational and technology related issues in partnership with Operations and IT teams.
- Oversee treasury systems, processes, and controls; identify opportunities to strengthen efficiency, scalability, and governance.
- Analyze, develop, and implement AI enabled ad hoc solutions to enhance Treasury processes, improve decision making, increase operational efficiency, and support risk management and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain Treasury policies, procedures, risk limits, reporting standards, stress testing requirements, and internal control frameworks.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the implementation of new regulations and business initiatives, including the assessment of risks associated with new products and services.
- Communicate risk exposures, balance-sheet positions, and strategic opportunities to internal and external stakeholders, including Executive Management, regulators, rating agencies, and investors.
Coach and develop junior team members to strengthen technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and succession readiness.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
- Master's Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Preferred
Qualifications:
- 8+ Years Experience in working in a vertically integrated environment with capital asset deployment and inventory management - Required.
- 5+ Years Experience within the banking or financial services industry - Required.
- Advanced knowledge of US Liquidity regulation, accounting practices regulatory reporting standards
- Ample experience in Asset and Liability management, Interest Rate Risk, Funds Transfer Pricing and Investments.
- Ability to lead, influence and direct peers, subordinates and management.
- Ability to make effective decision making on complex matters.
- Ability to build relations at all levels of management. .
- Ability to convey a sense or urgency and drive .
- Ability to adapt and adjust to multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Ability to effectively interact with the market, executive management and vendors.
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills. .
- Detail oriented with the ability to research, organize and analyze financial data. .
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. .
- Self-directed, self-motivated and demonstrated experience providing ideas and solutions to further business understanding.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of major accounting software for both general ledger and regulatory accounting.
Certifications:
- CFA: (Chartered Financial Analyst) - Preferred.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
