The Difference You Make:
This position sits within the Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) US Marketing & Communications team. The role focuses primarily on internal communications, helping to drive employee engagement and awareness around the bank’s purpose, strategy, and initiatives within SCIB US. The Analyst will also support the broader Marketing & Communications function across projects such as content creation, event coordination, and brand consistency.
- Support the development and execution of internal communications across intranet, newsletters, staff emails, and internal events.
- Assist in content writing, editing, and formatting for internal channels and select external communications such as LinkedIn posts.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for internal events, including town halls and employee engagement activities.
- Publish and maintain intranet content (articles, photos, banners) and support email communications to internal audiences.
- Support broader team activities such as event planning, marketing collateral development, and brand compliance.
- Assist in tracking and reporting engagement metrics for internal and external communication efforts
- While there are no formal travel requirements, some travel within the US could be requested

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles (internships or early-career experience considered).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and tone.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SharePoint or similar content management tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital and social media communications; design or video editing experience is desirable.

- Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
