Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Copywriter is responsible for creating, managing, and implementing content strategies across digital platforms to effectively communicate a brand's message and engage with its target audience. Possesses a strong knowledge of social media and digital communication tools and is knowledgeable of the regulatory implications of social media to the financial services industry. Establishes a close relationship with other areas of the bank to aid in communication needs.
The Digital Marketing Copywriter reports to the Head of Marketing and General Services.
Position Duties / Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive digital content strategies aligned with the brand's goals, target audience, and overall marketing objectives.
• Craft engaging and persuasive copy for various digital platforms, such as websites, social media channels, campaigns, blogs, and other.
• Plan and organize content calendars, including scheduling and publishing content across multiple channels.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify target audience preferences, behaviors, and trends, using this information to inform content strategy and messaging.
• Incorporate search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to optimize digital content for higher visibility and organic search rankings.
• Monitor and analyze performance of digital content using analytics tools, tracking key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all digital content channels to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing initiatives and brand guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn as a platform, including basic concepts of LinkedIn Ads, Employee Engagement, and Advocacy Strategies.
• Keep-up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital technologies to stay ahead of the competition and suggest innovative strategies.
• Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
Business Experience:
5 - 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency
Specialized and/or Technical Knowledge
• MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Proven leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must possess sound strategic and tactical decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be creative, proactive and ability to multi-task in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital communication tools.
• Search Engine marketing expertise, reporting, optimization and project management skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory implications of social media to financial services industry.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
Languages:
English and Spanish, required. Portuguese is a plus.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
Salary: $75,000 - $130,000/year
