Position Summary:

Banking Service Analyst provides a variety of operational tasks, providing support to our commercial department in a timely manner . Responsibilities include: Deposits and withdrawals for client transactions and completing entries into the internal banking system.

Responsible for processing the bookkeeping work (ACH Inclearing).

Processing and reviewing incoming and outgoing  and return items cash letter. Processing check book orders request, temporary checks. process and update credit and debit cards, set up records on Globus, assist for processing and paying on behalf of BSI to third vendors as well as completing daily tasks regarding customer requirements with their cards and transactions.

Elaborate Monthly and Quarterly reports require by vendors and process information requirements for audit purposes.

Provide support to our clients with ebanking assisting them in the navigation of web access serving as a liaison between clients and commercial area. 

Verifying signatures for wire transfers, credit documents, security transfers and purchase order (Manually & Docusing)

Position Duties / Responsibilities

E-Banking Support: 
• Provide support to our clients with the navigation and use of E-Banking.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, Bankers (including Assistants). 
• To ensure compliance of procedures at all times, included but not limited to, client identification by Bankers, Assistants.     
• Handle systems issues with customers and escalate to IT when necessary.
• Help facilitate enrollment and provide webpage support to clients:
• Assist them in the navigation and understanding of web page access: login via Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox; clear cookies when needed 
• Unlock user due to failed (RSA – questions)
• Passwords re-set
• Paperless 
• Block and unblock of users
• Change security questions
• Online wire transfers
• Create Eco_ User
• Disable and enable users
• Amend email, callback number, user names
• Secured message between client and bankers
• View account balances, activity, valuations
• Sign “purchase orders”                   
Purchase Orders:
• Review of purchase orders in T-24 Doc track Pending List
• Verify client number and reference in document match Globus
• Verify signature on document; if signature does not verify, escalate to fraud prevention for review, approval or rejection
• Verify all pages of PO are submitted
• Keep track of rejected or escalated PO
• Communicate with the banker and assistant when a PO is rejected
• Assist commercial area to track if a PO is pending, approved, or rejected
Checkbooks & Temporary Checks & Stop Payments
• Order client's checkbook through Luxor Plattform and deliver it, following internal procedures.
• Maintain an information log with quantity of checkbooks as well as their numeration.
• Process the request of a temporary check according to internal procedures.
• Responsible to maintain copies of client's checks and or other payments.        

Teller
• Handle cash deposit and withdrawal for client's transaction.
• Handle check deposits: scan on system, process through OFAC and upload on FED.
• Complete daily required reports. 

Wire Transfer, Security transfer and docusign & signature Verification                      
• Serve as backup, assist when necessary to cover team members (lunch, PTO, training, etc.): 
• Verify signature for outgoing wire transfers, Docusign, BSI credit doc such as  NOB,STBY and Sec transfer signature. if signature does not verify, send to fraud prevention for review, approval or rejection  
 Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 

- Proactive identification of issues or concerns related to potential gaps in existing processes, procedures, policies, frameworks, etc.; 
- Contribution to satisfactory results in audit reviews, compliance reviews, and regulatory examinations (internal/ external), Compliance and Regulatory Agency reviews; response to required corrective actions in a timely and complete manner; 
- Completion of all assigned training (Compliance, Bank Secrecy Act, Audit, Code of Conduct, etc.) and reporting requirements within set timeframes; and
- Adherence to the Code of Conduct, assigned Risk Tolerance or Mandates and all organizational policies and procedures applicable to role. 

Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

Working knowledge of office equipment

Experience with t-24

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skill with the ability to multi-task

Education: Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience

Business Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency

Technical Knowledge

• Organizational skills and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Written & oral communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Languages: Spanish, English

Physical Requirements:

Duties are performed in an office environment.Physical demands could involve any or all of the following: digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in the operation of office equipment; light to moderate lifting (10-20 lbs.) and carrying of supplies, files, etc; the ability to speak to and hear customers and/or other employees both telephone calling and in person; and body motor skills sufficient to enable the incumbent to move from one office location to another.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Salary: $42,000 - $68,000/year
