Position Summary:

The Associate Account Manager will be responsible to perform client service tasks in a well-organized and timely way, having a complete understanding of the need of the clients. Operates independently in providing day-to-day client service. It is necessary they have organizational skills, because they will undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routine correspondence, acting as the point of contact between the internal and external clients.

The Associate Account Manager reports to the Client Service Manager.

Position Duties / Responsibilities

Relationship Management & Client Focus
• Work both with existing clients and with potential new clients in order to grow existing Assets Under Management and to establish new relationships.
• Analyze various investment opportunities in order to establish and maintain High Net Worth client relationships and guide them through the eSI app.
• Offers investment products and services, include asset and risk management, banking, and credit.
• Be very focused on client requirements and client satisfaction acting with urgency to solve all client escalations and issues and work collaboratively with various functional units to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Proactive reach out to clients as needed to solve issues or dissatisfactions
• Read and answer emails on a daily basis

New Accounts & Updates
• Verify that account opening information is complete correctly.
• Opening account, collect customer information, review and follow-up by using DocuSign
• Account update, collect customer information, review and follow-up by using DocuSign
• Closing account, collect customer information, review and follow-up by using new system

Wire Transfers
• Address request for wire transfers
• Follow up with 360 EWF workflow and send confirmation if needed
Credit Operations
• Coordinate meeting with credit area
• Review information for new loans or loan renewals prepared by Credit Risk for Client's signature
• Assist with the preparation of credit reports required
Overdrafts
• Check daily account movements reports
• Identify and cover overdrafts
Investments
• Update client’s investment profile as needed for back-up.
• Coordinate and follow up with POs pendings for the Team in order to avoid Tolerancia 0.

Back Office:
• Follow up and verify that all the transactions requested have been completed / processed by the operations dept.
• Open/close accounts and portfolios by using new system.
• Transfers securities (incoming/outgoing) by using new system.
• Follow up with clients Capital Calls and cover designated portfolios in order for Back Office Team to process.

Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor

Specialized Knowledge

• Knowledge of modeling techniques and financial analysis

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Strong knowledge of Banking and Regulatory Documentation requirements.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience

Business Experience:

3-5 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency

Technical Knowledge

• Microsoft Office, eSI System

• Strong sales and marketing skills
• Excellent corporate work ethics
• Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills with ability to proactively identify address and mitigate potential problems

Languages:

Spanish, English & Portuguese required.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Salary: $52,500 - $90,000/year
