The Difference You Make: As an Associate in Investment Banking Sponsors Coverage, you will take on greater responsibility in transaction execution and client management while continuing to develop your expertise. Associates participate in advanced training while mentoring Analysts and contributing to business development efforts.
• Continue participating in structured training programs to enhance technical skills and leadership capabilities.
• Take a leadership role in preparing complex client presentations, financial models, and transaction analysis.
• Review and refine financial models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with sponsor expectations.
• Oversee Analysts’ work and ensure quality in deliverables and transaction materials.
• Participate in client meetings and financial sponsor interactions, presenting analysis and insights.
• Assist in deal structuring, negotiation processes, and transaction execution.
• Support senior bankers in identifying and pursuing new financial sponsor relationships and business opportunities. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent: in Finance, Business or equivalent degree - Required. Master's Degree/ MBA MBA - Preferred. 3+ Years Finance, Business or related field/sector - Required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference to experience in [sector].
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and technical analysis skills.
• Excellent project management and communication abilities.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$131,250.00 USD$225,000.00 USD
