The Difference You Make:
The OEM Team manages captive lending relationships with vehicle manufacturers. The team’s primary focus is to support partner vehicle manufacturers in achieving their sales objectives while driving loan originations for Santander.
The Sr. Specialist, Product Management supports the OEM product management team in identifying growth opportunities and supporting Brand Directors in the development and execution of strategic initiatives. Researches the demands, risks, and opportunities of the applicable markets to develop products. Supports Brand Directors with relevant competitive, market and/or financial analyses to gain breadth/depth of knowledge in relevant products, services and platforms. Creates product guides as part of the market strategy for each partner.
Position Summary
Contribute to team objectives and drive profitability for assigned products through data-driven insights and execution support.
Support product pricing strategies by analyzing market data, sales trends, and competitive positioning.
Partner with Brand Directors to develop partner focused business cases and presentations using market research, segmentation analysis, and industry insights.
Conduct market and competitive research to inform product development and enhancement decisions.
Analyze sales and market data to support accurate pricing and product positioning strategies.
Deliver product guides and dealer facing materials to support sales efforts and dealer adoption.
Collaborate with relationship managers and sales teams to effectively communicate product value propositions to dealers.
Execute activities within the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with established processes and timelines.

Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, or a related field – Required.
Professional Experience
3+ years of experience in data, research, or analytics in auto indirect lending / leasing – Required.
3+ years of experience in Sales Force, JD PIN or Velocity - Preferred.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office products including advanced Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook and Word - Required.
Strong understanding of banking products and services.
Knowledge of regulatory impacts on financial products.
Advanced analytical skills and financial acumen.
Ability to translate customer needs into marketable product features.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism across all levels of the organization.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to support cross-functional teams.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
