The Difference You Make:
The Sr. Associate, Client Lifecycle Management is responsible for the overall success of large, complex onboardings, ensuring client satisfaction through the monitoring of project quality and efficiency as well as the direct client experience. They provide consultative support of complex situations for internal and external clients, as well as, leadership and recommendations for onsite client support and training to assist with documentation, quality review and submission of documents. Leads project management activities for the onboarding/transition/conversion such as reporting, planning, issue / risk tracking, scheduling, effort estimation and day-to-day tracking, and other project documentation preparation. Additionally, the Sr. Associate ensures client receives all necessary training or conducts the training him/herself.
In this position, your goal is to ensure your team delivers superior service by efficiently and accurately assessing applicable requirements for client onboarding. You will oversee the client adoption/onboarding process end to end, in partnership with global teams for compliance with global/local regulations and jurisdictions, and policy.
You will function as an escalation point of contact and will be responsible for resolving conflicts and providing appropriate coaching/development for your team. You will monitor management information reporting to ensure SLA's are maintained, data integrity of internal systems and staffing vs volumes are aligned.
Oversee the Know Your Client process for new and existing clients, including research, request and review of documentation.
Escalation contact to ensure all information needed for compliance with regulations is available and accurate, in compliance with established procedures.
From time to time, support of ad hoc projects to support regulatory, legal, bank and audit requirements.
Collaboration with a Global team in support of common client requests, best practices and follow-the-sun processing.
Liaise with clients, front office staff, credit, legal and operations, as needed, in support of the KYC process and issue resolution
Responsible for supporting Know Your Customer (KYC) execution in accordance with the Bank compliance policies and procedures. The role plays an important part liaising between external clients, and stakeholder groups involved in the delivery of KYC processes.
A single point of contact to interact with Business/clients to obtain KYC, Tax, and regulatory requirements for all onboarding and periodic reviews. Exhibiting the highest standards of client engagement with transparency and focus on the client experience.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Desired but not required - ACAMS\
7+ years in AML/KYC roles; 5-7 years managing teams
AML, BSA, ACAMS, KYC/Compliance/AML procedures and standards, Financial industry with in depth expertise in various lines of business, securities, escrow, derivatives, loans, EMIR, Dodd Frank, MiFID, 5-7 years management experience
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to resolve conflicts and drive results
Ability to manage high performing teams
Understanding of management information reporting and how to track to results

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
