The Difference You Make:
The Sr Associate, Storage Engineer will be responsible for setting up, configuring, maintaining and upgrading back-end storage infrastructure. You will engineer to assist with the research and design of primary storage / Disaster Recovery related projects. The storage infrastructure effectively supports the ongoing business operations, revenue and strategic direction of our business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Setting up and configuration of primary and secondary storage in preparation for Data Center migrations
- Configuration and Performance tuning of all storage, SAN and NAS environments
- Respond to, diagnose and re-mediate issues in a dynamic environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in an international team environment
- Generate performance and data usage reports, manage and maintain storage growth, capacity planning
- Ability to work on project teams, delivering on key project milestones, and communicating effectively with a wide variety of people

- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 9+ years of experience with day-to-day L3 support for NetApp, EMC, IBM or Hitachi SAN/NAS environments
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish required
- Ability to design and implement storage solutions as well as configure additions and modifications to the filers as requested by product groups
- Experience developing DR Strategies from a storage/replication perspective
- Experience with fiber channel switches across various platforms
- Experience with VMware Infrastructure - Experience with large dynamic server environments
- Experience in supporting Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Experience presenting to Sr. Management and creating monthly operations reports for storage technologies.
It Would Be Nice For You To Have:
- Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
- Experience in Microsoft Office products.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
