The Difference You Make: The Director, Security is responsible for implementing the Banks physical security standards at branches, ATMs and back-office facilities. Accountable for completing physical security site assessments and gap analysis to identify threats and ensure compliance with the Banks physical security standards. Provides oversight and management of physical security projects. Builds and maintains vendor relationships. Develops and implements security procedures to support the Banks security policies.• Collects, organizes and reports statistical information and equipment inventories required for the Physical Security Program.
• Develops security procedures and post orders to mitigate vulnerabilities, threats and risks to organization.
• Participates in security activities for special events and executive protection services.
• Responds to and document incidents related to physical security issues; Coordinates with law enforcement, emergency service and the Company's Incident Management team.
• Supports a strong security culture and collaborative approach to identify and apply the appropriate security measures to protect the organization's people, assets and information form physical attack.
• Works closely with on-site contract security staff and supervisors to ensure effective security services and incident response.
• Conducts physical security site assessments to ensure compliance with the Company's physical security standards. complete periodic threat and risk assessments at the Banks branches, ATMs and back-office facilities.
• Manage physical security projects and work with Properties Department, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with the Company's Physical Security Standards.
• Completes projects on time and within budget. What You Bring: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Security management, Electronics, Technology or equivalent. - Required. 9+ Years Security experience required, preferable with exposure to building technologies supporting commercial real estate. - Required.
• Strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to comprehend, analyzes, and interprets complex business documents.
• Ability to manage complex relocations.
• Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management .
• Ability to make effective presentations on general topics to an internal department, large group of employees, clients, and/or management .
• Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
• Strong analytical background, attention to detail along with structured organization and planning skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel. Certifications: No Certifications listed for this job. It Would Be Nice For You To Have: Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
