The Difference You Make:
The Associate will play a key role managing a portfolio of high-priority strategic initiatives that will shape the future of Santander US. S/he will be part of a high-performing team with a significant visibility with C-suite. S/he will focus on the execution of the most critical projects for Santander US and oversee a team of PMOs to ensure proper implementation of all project management aspects (risk assessment, governance, artifacts, etc.). S/he will liaise with stakeholders across multiple functions (risk, finance, technology, business) to ensure proper delivery of strategic initiatives. This is an ideal position for a candidate who wants to apply previous management consulting or corporate banking experience into an execution-focused and fast-paced role.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a mastery of the following qualities:

Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), high attention to detail, and skilled at producing visuals on decks and memos

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent field. - Required.
5+ Years Relevant management consulting, corporate finance, corporate development, business planning, people and project management, and financial modeling experience. - Required.
5+ Years Experience in one or a combination of the following: large-scale transformation implementation, project management, business operations or strategic planning in financial services. - Required.
5+ Years Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with senior leadership. - Required.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
