The Difference You Make:
As the Head of Product and Marketing Analytics you will drive data-informed strategies to enhance product performance and marketing effectiveness. The role will enable customer growth and retention and develop migration and co-existence strategies for transitioning legacy branch banking customers to a digital-first platform, ensuring profitability and minimizing churn. You will also lead the development and execution of advanced analytics to optimize marketing performance, drive customer acquisition, conversion, and engagement, and maximize ROI across digital and traditional marketing channels
Develop and execute a data-driven analytics strategy to support the performance optimization of banking products, including deposits, lending, partnerships, payments, cards, checking, and CDs.
Provide insights to enable customer growth, retention, and engagement across digital and traditional channels.
Design and execute customer migration strategies from branch banking to digital channels, ensuring profitability and reducing churn.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
Help business with the pricing and profitability strategies based on customer and market insights, ensuring sustainable financial performance.
Design and operationalize channel attribution models to allocate marketing spend effectively across digital, social, email, SMS, and traditional channels.
Build and manage marketing mix models (MMM) to guide investment decisions and maximize marketing ROI.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align analytics-driven insights with product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Leverage strategy consulting frameworks (e.g., MECE, issue trees) to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
Deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership to support investment decisions and align product strategies with business objectives.
Foster collaboration across analytics, product management, and business units to ensure alignment with the bank’s transformation goals.
Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage and strategic alignment.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business Administration, Economics, Finance, IT, or Applied Mathematics - Required.
Master's Degree Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, IT, or Applied Mathematics - Preferred.
12+ Years Data Science, Analytics, or Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Applied Mathematics . - Required.
9+ Years Financial services industry experience a plus. - Preferred.
9+ Years Experience leading and managing a team of data scientists, product or business analysts - Required.
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders across various business units
Strong leadership and team management capabilities to inspire and develop high-performing analytics teams.
Ability to apply frameworks like MECE, issue trees, and value driver analysis to tackle complex problems
Strong storytelling skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
Deep focus on understanding customer needs and driving strategies to meet those needs profitably
Strong understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market research methodologies
Strong capability in measuring and interpreting product KPIs for continuous improvement
Experience building financial models to support pricing, profitability, and strategic decision-making
Proficiency in leveraging data models to identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
