The Difference You Make:
The Sr. Associate, Marketing - Integrated Campaign Manager leads in developing, implementing, marketing campaigns working within guidelines of annual marketing calendar to promote consumer and business lending products, mortgages, deposits, e-services etc.

Coordinate, implement and oversee direct and digital marketing campaigns for a range of products and services from agency kick-off to creative and list development to project management of production partners to launch.

A good understanding of how to:

  • Run agency kick-off meetings and partner with agencies to build multi-channel campaigns
  • Manage creative to ensure alignment to strategy and eye on customer experience
  • Run creative reviews with marketing leadership and CMO
  • Run list kick-offs and serve as liaison between data teams and campaign list generation
  • Lead projects as part of cross functional team managing stakeholders
  • Keep campaigns on track and on budget
  • Manage stakeholders to instill confidence in technical knowledge, on-time delivery and best-in-class service

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, direct mail, digital marketing or related fields. - Required

  • 9+ years of related job experience

  • Ability to motivate or influence inside or outside senior level personnel, requiring a significant level of influence and trust.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of critical thinking skills to problem solve and optimize operational efficiencies.
  • Comfortable with new digital technologies and marketing executional needs.
  • Strong project management skills, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate strategic application and reasons for creative development to management and in a fast-paced environment; including counterparts across global organization.
  • Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment; ability to listen, evaluate different viewpoints and influence others.
  • Unparalleled work-ethic, willingness to take on role enthusiastically and hit the ground running
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, managing open dialogue on status and setting right expectations
  • Exceptional project management skills ensuring projects are delivered on time, error-free.
  • Ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously and talent working under pressure
  • In-depth knowledge of running digital campaigns

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$93,750.00 USD

Maximum:

$160,000.00 USD
