The Difference You Make:
The Analyst, Digital Products supports the development and enhancement of the bank’s digital products by assisting with research, analysis, and execution of initiatives that improve the customer experience. This role provides support to the product development team through competitive research, documentation, data analysis, and customer feedback tracking. The incumbent works closely with Associates and other team members to ensure the digital product roadmap is well-informed, accurately maintained, and aligned with customer and market needs.

  • Product Knowledge & Support: Builds working knowledge of assigned digital platforms and their functionality.
  • Product Knowledge & Support: Provides day-to-day support in documenting, tracking, and maintaining updates to the digital product roadmap.
  • Research & Analysis: Assists in monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and customer adoption patterns.
  • Research & Analysis: Supports customer research efforts (e.g., surveys, feedback analysis) and compiles findings for the product team.
  • Research & Analysis: Prepares reports and presentations summarizing insights from customer and market data.
  • Customer Experience & Issue Tracking: Helps review customer complaints, feedback, and digital channel performance to identify recurring issues.
  • Customer Experience & Issue Tracking: Escalates findings to the product team and suggests potential areas for improvement.
  • Project & Team Support: Coordinates with internal partners (e.g., card product teams) to support project tasks from research through testing.
  • Project & Team Support: Assists with organizing workshops, meetings, and documentation related to product development.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Awareness: Maintains awareness of applicable regulations and policies impacting digital banking.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Awareness: Assists senior team members in ensuring compliance requirements are met.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience: in Engineering, Data & Analytics, or Technology related fields - Required.
  • 1+ Years of analyst or technology related work experience - Required.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize and synthesize data into clear insights.
  • Interest in digital banking, customer experience, and fintech trends.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking industry: products, services, operational policies and procedures.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, business acumen and judgement.
  • Proactive work style with a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, have demonstrated ability to multi¬task and work well under pressure with a positive and team-centered attitude.
  • Strong collaboration skills: comfort level talking to different teams and levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize among multiple tasks.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$50,625.00 USD

Maximum:

$92,500.00 USD
