The Difference You Make:
The Associate supports day-to-day operations in (Balance Sheet Analytics, Profitability, Funds Transfer Pricing, Interest Rate Risk, Liquidity Risk). S/he implements complex solutions to (Profitability, FTP and overall balance sheet management) department priorities. The incumbent supports monthly profitability and FTP reporting and provides strategic insights. The incumbent also participates in complex analysis and projects ranging from methodology design/update, new design implementation, and outcome analysis. Formulates and updates policies and guidelines on the planning and management of the company's monetary resources. Ensures optimization of income and profitability.

Day-to-day execution of operations in (Profitability, FTP, liquidity risk, interest-rate risk).
Validate the accuracy of internal reporting of financial and operational data.
Perform variance, reconciliation and forecasting analysis of key financial data.
Ensure adherence to established standards and risk limits.
Contribute to a strong internal control environment by executing and reporting on SOX controls.
Ensures treasury policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree: Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent field. - Required.
5+ Years Financial planning, analysis or related experience - Required.
5+ Years Experience in 3+ Years Funds Transfer Pricing ,Liquidity Risk, Interest-Rate Risk Management - Preferred.
Ability to work well within a team, prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
Ability to convey a sense of urgency and drive.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in interacting with internal stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required.
Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.
Detail oriented with ability to research, organize and analyze financial data.
Strong project management skills.
Advanced in SQL, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
Certifications:
CTP : (Certified Treasury Professional) - Preferred.
It Would Be Nice For You To Have:
Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
Experience in Microsoft Office products.
What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
