The Difference You Make:
The Director, Business Intelligence & Reporting will lead a team of multiple analysts, providing critical data to the company's internal business partners and leaders to drive strategic and tactical decision-making.
• Partners with internal business partners and leaders across the organization to understand the current and future analytical goals and deliver data-driven scalable reporting solutions to drive strategic and tactical decisions.
• Leads markets assessments through quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback; creates and manages ongoing reporting.
• Improves the streamlining processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data quality to improve data accuracy, viability, and value.
• Advocates for the effective use of data and drives a culture of data-informed decision making across the company.
• Analyzes and presents data to senior leadership throughout the company.
• Collaborates with BI consultants to understand project requirements and manage scope.
• Ensures technical deliveries are designed and implemented following a strategic approach and aligned to the team's guidelines and best practices.
• Articulates the needs of current and future customers to executive leadership.
• Collaborates with business unit leaders to define business requirements for new business information technologies.
• Provides leadership, mentorship, and ongoing development to the team, focusing on the ongoing growth of individuals and maturing the overall department.
• Provides overall direction to Business Intelligence & Reporting team.
• Leverages data and predictive analytics to help business identify opportunities for future profitable growth.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent field. - Required.
Master's Degree Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or equivalent field. - Preferred.
9+ Years Data management and analytics environment including experience with business intelligence. - Required.
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple projects, delivering completion on or before deadline.
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee complex, cross-departmental business intelligence projects.
• Advanced knowledge of business intelligence programming concepts and languages.
• Advanced level proficiency in SQL and relational database experience.
• Advanced Power BI skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity, poise, maturity and precision both written and verbal.
• Ability to build rapport, garnering respect and credibility across lines of business.
• Ability to influence all levels of employees in a collaborative cross-cultural environment.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic financial services environments.
• Ability to direct, train and guide peers, subordinates and management.
• Ability to handle conflict resolution with other groups to ensure appropriate accounting guidance is followed.
• Ability to influence and active persuasion to gain cooperation of others.
• Ability to adjust to new developments/changing circumstances.
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with multiple levels of the organizational structure, including senior level management.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
