Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking a Vice President – Cash Management Sales to drive new business origination, revenue growth, and client expansion across a portfolio of multinational corporate clients.
This is a front-office, revenue-generating role with direct accountability for individual sales targets, including revenue, deposit growth, and fee income. The role requires a strong hunter mentality, combined with the ability to deliver sophisticated, cross-border cash management and liquidity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Origination & Revenue Delivery
- Own and deliver against annual sales targets, including revenue, deposits, and fee income
- Actively originate new business through prospecting, client outreach, and structured calling strategies
- Build and manage a robust, disciplined sales pipeline, including forecasting and conversion tracking
- Drive wallet share growth across existing clients while prioritizing new client acquisition
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client needs and market opportunities
Client Coverage & Advisory
- Build and maintain senior relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Treasury teams
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions across payments, liquidity, and treasury services
- Identify opportunities to optimize client liquidity structures and operating models
Solution Structuring & Execution
- Structure and deliver integrated solutions including payments, liquidity, corporate cards, and digital banking platforms
- Lead transactions end-to-end, from origination through implementation
- Drive core deposit acquisition and optimize balance sheet contribution
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
- Partner with Coverage, Product, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to execute transactions
- Coordinate opportunities across Santander’s global network
- Support product commercialization, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning
Market Intelligence & Growth
- Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, payments innovation, and regulatory developments
- Provide client insights to support product development and strategic initiatives

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Cash Management / Transaction Banking Sales covering multinational corporates
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Demonstrated ability to originate, structure, and close complex deals
- Strong expertise in payments, liquidity, and treasury solutions
- Solid understanding of commercial banking, trade finance, and risk frameworks

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
