The primary function of the Commercial & Wholesale Operations Specialist is selected activities in the loan/letter of credit booking, funding, payments and maintenance process for the defined lines of business, or executing specific related controls, utilizing the systems and processes defined by management.
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Executes commercial loan requests received from business areas supported by the department.
Executes transactions required by reports and incoming maintenance requests.
Files documentation accurately.
Identifies and resolves problems within established guidelines.
Performs dollar transactions, collateral setup and maintenance, and quality review.
Processes specific transactions involving booking and servicing commercial loans.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - Business or equivalent degree.
0-3 years - Working knowledge in Company's documentation and banking operations.
Ability to adapt quickly and be a team player
Ability to meet deadlines
Solid communication, good organizational skills, and attention to details
Solid knowledge/skills of Microsoft Office Suite and various bank systems
Strong knowledge of the Syndicated and Commercial Loan products and markets
Working knowledge in Commercial Banking
May frequently require minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking
Collects data and relevant facts to communicate problems
Presents the general outline and direction of the solution
