USA Job Function Description: Oversees all activities and functions associated with products or product lines at all stages of their lifecycles. Gathers user requirements to provide product strategy and prepares product trainings for salespeople. Interfaces with and collaborates across functions and stakeholders (e.g., marketing and sales) to ensure successful product development and implementation. Develops pricing and distribution strategies. Plans product direction and evolution.
Essential Functions/Responsibilty Statements:
Oversees and supports the day to day management of the business including staffing headcount, new and replacement hires, expenses, annual approvals process.
Supports annual budgeting process to establish growth rates, targets and outlooks across all product sets and business areas.
Leverages market analysis, competitive knowledge, and client research to help define product roadmap. Ensure roadmap drives sales growth and profitability based on customer needs and market trends.
Creates detailed business requirements and customer experience maps. Leads cross-functional teams to deliver new product features.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Work Experience: 5-9 years ; Experience in product management and delivering to the market.
Skills and Abilities:
Solid understanding the impact of regulatory changes to the products
Strong background in Home Equity and/or Mortgage products and services
Demonstrated understanding of product development life cycle
Strong analytical skills/financial acumen
Demonstrates the ability to create strategic plans and lay out a strategic course of action to drive future business growth for a specific product
Self-starter: forward thinking, with a positive/can-do attitude
Demonstrates the ability to translate customer needs into marketable product features

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occassional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
