Provide consistent quality customer service to both external customers and internal business partners that meets or exceeds Santander standards
Perform a variety of specialized tasks in support of the business unit’s day-to-day operations
Research and analyze transactions/work processed by the business unit and respond to inquiries from business partners
Perform clerical and PC/data entry tasks as required
Operate copiers, fax machines and other office equipment
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience:
Cash handling experience preferred
Ability to meet deadlines, handle confidential data, and deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
2 or more years in a banking or operations environment
Good analytical skills
General PC and/or data entry skills
Good communication/interpersonal skills
Ability to function in a team environment
Ability to function in a multi-tasking work environment
Ability to stand/work on your feet all day
Overtime may be required
MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50lbs.
