The Associate, Digital Transformation Strategy and Analytics is responsible for the research, analysis, and design of digital focused strategies which aims to innovate on existing bank strategies and processes, and to increase overall customer satisfaction. The incumbent will compile, analyze and interpret data to make strategic and tactical recommendations. They will be the digital strategy owner and present recommendations to senior management. They will manage large projects requiring the coordination of resources, business partners and budgets. They will make decisions on highly complex issues with considerable latitude in judgment, interpreting policies and procedures and resolving problems within established guidelines. They will analyze existing standards and policies to improve the overall business for our colleagues and customers, thereby enhancing financial performance, increasing investment capacity and managing risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and monitor digital focused strategies and solutions
  • Leverage analytics to assess impact of proposed solution across the business
  • Use meaningful data to create business cases that quantify the benefits of proposed solutions
  • Evaluates existing strategies and business processes to improve overall user experience
  • Defines scope of projects and clearly articulates various issues
  • Creates roadmaps and identifies resource needs
  • Establishes and manages analysis plans for all relevant work streams
  • Provides input for procedure and process development
  • Brings new thinking, insights or technology to problem resolution
  • Understand and able to demonstrate principles of change management

Education & Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree; in Business, Finance, or equivalent field, or equivalent work experience; preferred but not required

5-9 years; Progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in process analysis.

License/Certification: Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management Certification; preferred but not required

  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Ability to manage large, complex projects
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
  • Ability to see the big picture and work with a team to prioritize requests, ensuring delivery alignment without compromising goals
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively influence and partner
  • Adept in critical thinking and understanding of business process, technology, systems and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and communicate at all levels of organization
  • Demonstrated experience in Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated experience in MS Access and SQL preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated understanding of process methodologies such as BPI, Lean Six Sigma and facilitation and project management methodologies, preferred but not required
  • Excellent analytical and complex problem-solving skills
  • Expert knowledge of project management principles and concepts
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM and ERP tools, preferred but not required
  • Flexible, fast learner who thrives in a constantly changing work environment
  • Previous experience with business applications integration tools (such as Jitterbit), preferred but not required
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills (written/verbal)
  • Strong influencing skills to effectively drive efforts outside of our direct control, including strong communication and partnership skills
  • Strong organizational abilities including planning, program development and task facilitation
  • Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking
