USA Job Function Description: Responsible for designing, developing, implementing and updating Dealer Floor Plan solutions in accordance with the needs of the company. Activities include evaluating, scheduling and resourcing development projects, investigating user needs, writing Business and system requirements into functional design documents, testing and maintaining computer programs, and preparing installation guides and maintaining systems documentation. Executes technical plans, system analysis, detailed design specifications, development, unit and component testing. The resource will work in Waterfall, hybrid Agile and Agile methodology projects, and should be proficient writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing the development and subsequent Acceptance of the software following the specifications. The incumbent will participate in daily standups and scrums, and will be working with multiple technology and business teams to execute the steps in the project. The incumbent is proficient working with third party vendors to enable the services and features needed. Cloud/AWS experience highly recommended.
Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
Leads the delivery of business requested and properties projects requiring integration of multiple technologies.
Maintains network operating environment by supporting lifecycle projects while ensuring compliance with configuration standards.
Supports platform provisioning necessary to deliver capabilities defined in network services service catalog.
Contributes to the improvement of process, procedures and protocols to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in the most effective and efficient manner.
Bachelor of Science (BS) English

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Work Experience: 5-9 years ; Experience as a business analyst or related experience.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to use analytical skills to identify key stakeholders impacted by changes and understand their influence and authority levels.
Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to include scenario-based analysis and use case driven documentation.
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints.
Ability to utilize tact and knowledge to resolve issues, train on specific policies and procedural guidelines.
Ability to identify risk, probability, impact and how to mitigate risks.
Excellent facilitation skills for meeting management, and requirements workshop planning and management.
Ability to elicit questions to gather information at the right level of detail and scope to represent all of the stakeholder’s needs, and that lead to an understanding of the business need rather than what they want.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occassional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
