The Product Manager will lead customer-centric design thinking by building digital product roadmaps and features to meet our business’ goals. Work closely with brand strategists, stakeholders, UX designers, developers and analytics to create feature enhancements and drive innovation for our customers. Serve as a liaison for our business, IT and marketing leaders.

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for supporting the overall delivery and ongoing maintenance of our Marketing web products: SantanderConsumerUSA.com, ChryslerCapital.com

  • Responsible for the intake and delivery of maintenance requests, bug fixes and short-term projects and enhancements
  • Support product initiatives and customer experience from ideation to rollout
  • Translate business and customer requirements into product definitions that can be designed, developed, tested and deployed onto all digital channels using multiple delivery methodologies
  • Collaborate with digital design, analytics, technology, compliance, operations, release management, testing and business stakeholders to understand solution feasibility and delivery timelines
  • Lead daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint retros and other SCRUM ceremonies
  • Gather customer feedback to validate product improvement against stated metrics
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product management and digital processes
  • Provide support to the Senior Product Manager in the creation of deliverables required for digital delivery and product roadmaps
  • Responsible for assisting with the testing efforts for each product enhancement, helping to ensure the final deliverable meets the stated requirements provided
  • Seek guidance from the Senior Product Manager and Director during the delivery lifecycle as needed for items requiring leadership attention or escalation
  • Support compliance and legal with enterprise standards, processes and policies
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7-9 years of related product experience with websites and mobile websites
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in leading a product management function by working with IT, business stakeholders and partner teams dispersed geographically
  • 1-3 years of experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with focus and precision
  • Solid strategic, analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills required
  • Ability to effectively facilitate team discussions across multiple locations
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization and agency partners required
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Proven ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner

Additional Skills:

  • Previous experience with agile/SCRUM delivery tools - Workfront
  • Previous experience in the automotive and/or finance industry preferred
  • Experience working within WordPress CMS a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager a plus
  • Experience working within marketing/CX campaign platform is a plus
