WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGUSA Job Function Description: Ensures adherence to the policies and procedures established by the company. Manages policy, standard definition and monitoring of policy, standard implementation, ensuring harmonization and consistency of risk policies. Monitors and manages risk/exposure and compliance with the company's policies. Identifies, manages and reports on the company's risk areas. Evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of data, document retention, and monitors systems. Essential Functions/Responsibilty Statements: Performs data mining and analytics for designated business area. Provides strategic business recommendations. Ensures efficient and effective system implementation and integration across designated business area. Prepares monthly dashboard reports, identifying trends and presenting thoughtful, actionable solutions to senior consultants for implementation. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Work Experience: 3-5 years ; Skills and Abilities: Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of data analysis, data presentation, and data development. Strong knowledge and practical experience using statistical packages for analyzing data sets (Excel, Access, SPSS). Strong knowledge of statistical applications within Financial Services to interpret data requests and identify data analytics opportunities. Ability to focus on details to ensure and maintain data accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment. Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
