Our cohort experience will have you taking part in a series of interactive professional development sessions designed to support your transition back to work. You will gain guidance on managing your career, refreshing your skills and insights into balancing work-life integration. You will also have the opportunity to build your professional network and meet our industry leaders who will immerse you into our corporate culture.

Here at Santander, our 12-week Returnship Program is aimed at mid-level talent with a financial services background, who have taken a career break for at least the last two years. Whether you may have been a stay-at-home parent or care giver, spent time supporting a partner, or simply had a career break, this may the opportunity for you to re-enter the workforce!

The 2020 Returnship Program is scheduled to begin in mid-September and end in early-December.

Qualifications:

  • Have at least two years since last working experience
  • Preferred experience within the Financial Services industry
